To book our high-quality DJ equipment, use our online booking system which allows you to select a booking time & date, see prices and pay online.
Do you provide delivery and setup services?
Yes, we offer delivery and setup services for an additional fee. Our experienced technicians can deliver the equipment to your event location, set it up, and ensure everything is working correctly.
What is your rental pricing and deposit policy?
Our rental pricing varies depending on the rental time. We offer daily rental rates. A security deposit is required for all rentals, which will be refunded upon the return of the equipment in good condition. For more information, press here to send us a message.
What happens if the equipment gets damaged or malfunctions during my rental period?
If the equipment gets damaged or malfunctions during your rental period, please contact us immediately at (Phone number). We will provide instructions on troubleshooting minor issues or arrange for the equipment to be taken away and you will be issued with a full refund. If any damages are caused by misuse or negligence money will be deducted from the security deposit.
What is your cancellation policy for DJ equipment rentals?
- Our cancellation policy requires notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental date to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental date may incur a fee equal to 50% of the rental cost. No-shows or cancellations on the day of the rental will be charged the full rental fee. Please contact us, here, as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your rental.
